How I started using natural baby bedding
It was last summer when I started using baby beddings, clothes and eco-friendly cosmetics. I had never really cared about such things before; I had just bought what I liked and what had been easily available at our local shopping centre. But last summer, a friend of mine took me and my daughter for a trip to the mountains. The trip was organised by an environmentally-friendly organisation. They bring together families who use natural products and try to live in such a way that they do not destroy the environment. To my surprise, everything they used was made by themselves or bought from their friends. One of the women specialised in making baby beddings and slings in which parents could carry their children. Another woman made her own cosmetics from some plant oils. I had never realized that home-made cosmetics are not extremely expensive at all. What is more, they are a perfect choice for parents whose children suffer from various types of allergies. I bought two wonderful, embroidered sets of baby beddings for my daughter and some cosmetics: soap, shampoo, cream and body lotion. I am still in touch with the people I got to know last summer so I can buy anything if I only need it. And I don"t go shopping to our local centre any more.
